The night begins with a private tour of our new location, led by Chef Bryan himself. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the space before it opens to the public and hear directly from Bryan about the inspiration and vision guiding Harvester Kitchen into its next chapter.

From there, we’ll return to our current home, where you’ll step into the true heart of Harvester Kitchen—the kitchen itself. Chef Bryan will walk you through a menu of in-development dishes destined for our future space, giving you a rare first taste of what’s to come.

To end the evening, you’ll share a final course at the table with Chef Bryan and Sommelier Ashley—a moment designed to feel more like dining in Bryan’s own home than in a restaurant.
